Refund policy

Aethervere does not offer returns on customized PCs due to their custom, personalized nature. If your order arrived broken or defective, we will work with you to make it right and file a claim with our courier. All PCs are tested before packaging to ensure everything is in working order. If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact Aethervere immediately. Aethervere processes your cancellation request on a case-by-case basis and may be unable to proceed once parts have been ordered.
